I won a beta key but when i try and create an account i get "Key not found or already in use, please retype" any ideas why?

Hey I am sorry to bother you. I know you guys are busy right now.
I was one of the lucky winners of an AoC beta hey but I have not received the email. I was on the list for the first drawing. Just wondering if you guys are still working on those ( I know your doing them manually ) or if I got looked over somehow.
Anyway just thought I would check in to see whats going on. Love the site so far, it's already on my favorites list.

Hey, thanks for the beta key. By any chance do you how when we are our accounts registered on the beta forums? It says on the accounts page it takes 30mins but its been 10 hours still I created my account and still no access to the forums. I am asking because I am having a hard time downloading the client, currently getting speeds of less than 90KB/sec than the usual 200KB/sec+. Wanted to see if there was anyone in the area who could burn the client onto a few DVDs for me ^.^ Is there anyone at Funcom you can get intouch with? Dunno if its just me or everyone else who just got a key. Thanks, Sitrom.
